Wim Gerrits

Founder & CEO

Wim drives NetYCE's strategic vision while overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. Since 1995 Wim is helping customers with business critical networks to lower their TCO and mitigate risks. His passion is to translate complex things into simple business terms.

Wim started his career at Cabletron Systems selling large networks to global accounts such as KLM, General Electric, ING and Philip Morris. From 1999 onwards, Wim worked as Business Development Manager at Predictive Systems, INS and BT helping customers implement network management and network automation solutions.

In 2006 Wim founded his first company ComYounity, a network of ICT professionals supporting large customers with their business challenges. In 2011, Wim founded his second company, NetYCE together with Eric Yspeert. Wim is a strong believer in paying it forward, and will do everything in his power to help the people in his life. In his free time he runs and does triathlons.


Eric Yspeert

Founder & CTO

Eric has been at the heart of NetYCE since the very beginning. His smart approach to networking combined with his product development skills resulted in a novel approach to network automation. Eric leads the product development team and continues to provide strategy and business guidance to the company.

He first established a career in networking and network management for a major networking vendor. Later, he established himself as a professional Consultant with a strong technical background covering a wide variety of disciplines and technologies. The performance and management of the network and their applications were central to all engagements. Eric has a strong focus on integrity and quality. In his freetime he is a certified diving instructor and a passionate motorcyclist.


Bart Dorlandt

Solution Architect

As solution architect, Bart is responsible for taking all the ideas around design driven networking and translate them into requirements for our development team. He works with customers and the development team to bring the NetYCE solution to a new level.

Bart has a long history in networking as a contractor. He has worked at large customers as KPN, FrieslandCampina, Verizon Business and AT&T and has gained knowledge on multiple vendors. He passed his CCIE Routing & Switching in 2014. While working at these companies Bart has committed himself to automate (net)work(s), and believes a departure from the traditional 'box-by-box' approach is long overdue. Though having build multiple solutions with Python scripts, he thought it was time to start working with a company who does that like no other. In 2017 Bart has joined NetYCE to help customers with their automation. In his spare time he enjoys survivalfit, plays around with Open Source Software and spends quality time with his family.


Wim Horseling

Area Manager EMEA

Wim Horseling is since 1986 selling network and network management solutions to international Service Providers, MSSP’s and large Enterprise customers. His passion is helping customers with business critical networks to be more profitable by facilitating new business models while at the same time lower their TCO and mitigate risks. Driving innovation, to enable his customers to be ahead over their competitors in the same vertical market.

Wim started his carrier in networks for nuclear electronics such as at nuclear power plants. Stepped over to distributing Ethernet networking with 3Com. Continued his carrier at Cabletron (Enterasys) selling self-learning & secure networks to service providers like Saudi Telecom, Sonera, Telecom Italia, Tele2, AtoS and large accounts in banking, defence and secret service.


Jeroen Bosch

Systems & Application Developer

Jeroen has a long background in software development. At NetYCE, he is responsible for 3rd line support of existing customers and developing new functionalities such as support for new vendor modules.


Peter Gels

Web Application Developer

Peter joined NetYCE to assist in the ongoing development of netYCE' web interface. As our web front end developer, Peter is responsible for improving the way netYCE looks and feels.


Desiree Yspeert

Office Management

Desiree is a professional with strong background in HR and is responsible at NetYCE for all back office activities.

Ad Ketelaars

Investor & advisor

Ad Ketelaars has served as President of NICE EMEA since July 2011. From 2008 to 2011, he served as the CEO of CyberTech, and joined NICE in connection with the acquisition of CyberTech. Mr. Ketelaars' professional background is vast and before joining CyberTech, among other positions, he was the EMEA President of Richardson Electronics, the CEO of Comsys an IVR and Voicemail company, the CEO of EnerTel, a Dutch telecom operator, and the CEO of Philips Business Communication and its successor NEC Philips Unified Solutions. Mr. Ketelaars holds a master degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from INSEAD. Furthermore, Ad is one of the investors in NetYCE.


David Crosbie

Advisor and US Business development

David Crosbie has a long track record in creating high tech companies. He specializes in areas including SDN, NFV, Internet of Things, microcontrollers, High Technology startups, virtualization, Connection Brokers, VDI, VMware and Citrix. David has been CTO of several companies and has held multiple roles relating to software & network architecture, marketing strategy and product management. David also holds several patents in his name.


Koen Gielen

Investor & board member

Koen has a long track record in the Telecommunications market. He is managing director of Tucana and investor in NetYCE.


Chenthal Nathan

Regional Manager Partnerships & Business Development Asia region

Chenthal has over twenty years of experience in infrastructure, network and security, managed service experience.
He specializes in Business–Sales-Partner, Development & Management with a track record of starting and scaling strategic initiatives and enjoys the challenge to introduce-Evangelize-Grow-Establish market for innovative technologies in the areas of SPIT and Network & Security. He focusses on market penetration into South and South East Asia and has a track record of developing a effective sales partner ecosystem in these markets.


Ronny Lam

Solution architect

As Solution Architect, Ronny is responsible for taking all the ideas around design driven networking and translate them into requirements for our development team. He works with customers and the development team to bring the netYCE solution to a new level.

Before joining NetYCE, Ronny worked as networking consultant with UPC, Essent and Snow. His extensive networking knowledge combined with his 'can-do' attitude make him an indispensable member of our team. In his free time Ronny rides the unicycle, runs and does triathlons.
